Abstract EN

The study of transitional justice in Algeria is of Increasing importance to specialists in democratization and human rights issues, this study is only an attempt to clarify the experience of transitional justice in Algeria in the path of change that the country has known since February 2019, with the highlight of the new stage of the country after last december's elections.

The study found that the concept has envolved in new directions that is related to a rang of issues such as development, good governance.

The concept has become a priority for Algeria that defines a transitional phase and wave of political and constitutional reforms in response to the demands of the people towards a path of justice away from corruption and tyranny.
