This study aims to identify the famous Japanese approach, which is the approach to continuous improvement or what is known as kaizen, which aims to make simple, continuous changes that will bring about major fundamental changes in the long run.

In eliminating negative behaviors at work as a result of a continuous series of continuous improvements.

One of the most important findings of this study is that behavior modification by adopting kaizen is considered a solution derived from the Japanese environment, but its content is basically Islamic values, as our religious values, which are considered a way of life, can be employed in various fields, including our organizational behavior.
