This article deals with an analysis of the territory as a motor of economic development.
It emphasizes the creation of growth ecosystems and the establishment of development mechanisms driven by the recent digital revolution and the introduction of ICT in the specific location of activities.
Algeria is attempting an approach by innovative fields following the promotion of the creation of technopoles in the hope of an economic take-off.
The text is based on a hypothético-inductive approach and presents a literature review on the territory, the role of ICT as a catalyst for economic development and the strategic determinants of the development of cybersparks in an Algerian context: the case of Sidi Abdellah.

Cet article propose une analyse du territoire comme moteur du développement économique.
Il met l'accent sur la création des écosystèmes de croissance et la mise en place des mécanismes de développement impulsés par la récente révolution numérique et l'introduction des TIC dans la localisation spécifiques des activités.
L'Algérie tente une approche par milieux innovateurs suite à la favorisation de la création des technopoles dans l'espoir d'un décollage économique.
Le texte se base sur une démarche hypotitico-inductive et expose une revue de littérature sur le territoire, le rôle des TIC comme catalyseur du développement économique et les déterminants stratégiques du développement des cybers parcs dans un contexte algérien: cas de Sidi Abdellah
