الغرض من هذه الورقة البحثية هو دراسة مساهمة الفعالية (الكفاءة) الذاتية في خلق النية المقاولاتية للطالب الجامعي و تشجيعه على اختيار العمل الحر كمسار مهني مستقبلا و لجمع البيانات الأولية قمنا بتوزيع استبيان على عينة مكونة من 375 طالب من مختلف التخصصات بجامعة بسكرة و تم تحليل 297 استبيان صالح بالاعتماد على البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS.
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر ايجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية على النوايا المقاولاتية.
Abstract EN
The purpose of this paper is to study the contribution of self-efficiency in creating the student's entrepreneurial intention, and encourage them to choose their future project career path, we used the questionnaire to collect the preliminary data the sample was composed of 375 students from different disciplines at The University of Biskra, we analyzed 297 valid questionnaires based on the statistical program SPSS.
The results of the study showed the existence of a positive, statistically significant effect on entrepreneurial intention
