Abstract EN

This research deals with the topic of Islamic branches and windows in traditional banks from the perspective of the Islamic economy, and aims to explain the concept of Islamic branches and windows within traditional banks, and the objectives of traditional banks from opening Islamic branches and windows, in addition to presenting some provisions and controls related to opening and making these branches and windows within traditional banks.

The study also found that the rule of opening and dealing with Islamic branches and windows in traditional banks is related to the reality of those windows and branches, and the extent of their commitment to the legal conditions and controls emanating from the Sharia Supervisory Board that conducts its work.
