A number of International and non-profit International Organizations (Technical Research Centers) are active in the world today; To support the efforts of Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development, by using Community Radio around the world.

They have different roles from those of supporter, researcher or controller, When Their activities differ in each Country depending on the Political and Social circumstances, and the extent of damage done to their populations (political or ethnic conflict, level of environmental degradation, the status of women, etc.

).

Its effectiveness depends on the support received from the authorities and the population in each of these countries.

This paper focuses on the reasons for their support for environmental protection efforts around the world, and provides examples of activities that have been overseen by support and empowerment in some African countries.

And identify the roles of these bodies and propose ways to develop them and make more use for an environmental protection in Algeria.
