To assert international justice through combating the non-punishment phenomenon and encouraging the state justice to accomplish the tasks at hand, and the main justice system for the international criminal court texts confirm that the texts with their jurisdiction with its extent of supervision of the national judiciary, where this supervision constitutes of constant prosecution in a direct manner or an indirect one for cases and situations that are convened by the availability of their competence, where its judiciary gave it great authority over its jurisdiction, allowing for plundering national authority for its inability or unwillingness to perform judicial prosecutions and trials, and practically this procedure will not be without serious pursuit from the international criminal court through supervision to expose prosecutable cases, and tightening the noose around the states that seek to provide safe refuge for the ones that committed the most dangerous international crimes.
