Literary critics and theorists have given much concern to the study of the choice as well as the conceptualization oftitles in relation to the content of a given work.

Hence, this research paper endeavors to find out the specific strategies and criteria - with the acknowledgement of some intertextual convergence - on which the Arab Poet, Nizar Kebbani, relied upon for the creation of his poetic work's titles on its horizontal level, it is independent of its texts, as it is parallel texts that have the components that produce the course of reading and interpretation according to their compositional form and their semantic load.
