The poet Ahmad Matar is considered one of the most prominent who carried the word and art as a slogan of rejection and protest against the prevailing situation, he declared his rebellion against laws restricting freedom, his works came a rejection of the humanitarian impasse in which the Arab human being was forced.

through this study, we aimed to shed light on some of his poems, being a voice among the voices that reject the reality, raising his poetic the carefully chosen word to express awareness.

one of the most important results reached in this study is that the poet Ahmad Matar is an effective poet at the level of Arabic poetry, because he is skilled in selecting the expression that mimics the subject, thus achieving a balance between the aesthetics of art and reality.
