Abstract EN

This research deals with a serious, controversial Financial issue that lasted for more than eleven years.between the Iraqi abd British Government in Iraq culminated in the promulgation of the Iraqi Currency law regulation to achieve Iraq financial independence.

The search consisted of perfect and a number of investigations, the first dealt with the British justifications after issuing an Iraqi currency with the perspective of Finance Sartre .

While the second discussed the British concerns about the issuance of an Iraqi currency according to the vision of the Financial advisor to the Ministry of Finance Vernon .

The third study examined the Iraqi position to issue a new currency followed the fourth in the British vision on the Iraqi currency project and stopped the fifth in the British position of the Iraqi currency law regulation.

The search relied on puplished and unpuplished documentary sources including the documents of the Royal court , the correspondence of the the British Accreditation House , The Minutes of the House of the Representatives and the dignitaries , the document of the British Foreign Office , and some books of the documentary character that the Continental will be find in the research.
