Dictation councils have great importance in the lives of modernists, as they had a great role in protecting the Sunnah of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace.
Councils of scholars for dictation were well known to them, and accordingly new modern compilations called “al-Amali” were created.
The scholars dealt with that in their books.
