Therefore, many hackers seek to obtain this information, and its protection has become an indispensable necessity, and from here the idea of cybersecurity to preserve this information emerged.

The research aims to shed light On the importance of cybersecurity and defining it, what is this term called, indicating its types, components, and the powers of those in charge of it, ensuring the continuity of data, enhancing its protection, confidentiality and privacy, taking all necessary measures to protect citizens, consumers and state agencies, and reducing the risks and impacts of potential cyber threats in the areas of network use.

The research summarizes the statement of the status of cyber security in Islam and its position in the purposes of Islamic law and its effects on the necessary purposes in preserving (religion, soul, reason, money and offspring).
