Abstract EN
This study aimed at employing the flipped classroom strategy in female students' of Arabic as a foreign language acquirement of writing skill, constructing a model of this type of education that can be applied to other skills, uncovering the points of weakness and strength in traditional education and flipped classroom at the female students' level of writing, and measuring the extent of female students' acceptance and satisfaction about this technique of education.
In order to achieve these aims, the researcher designed flipped classroom environment by using a webpage on the Internet that enables female students to access specific topics in writing and be acquainted with them.
The study was conducted on advanced level female students in the Institute of Arabic as a Foreign Language at Umm Al-Qura University, who were divided into an experimental group (n = 16 students), and a control group (n = 14 students), during the first academic term of the year 1441 A.

The research concluded the existence of a statistically significant difference at (0.01) significance level, between the mean scores of female students in the experimental group and those of their peers in the control group, in favor of the experimental group, in addition to the existence of a statistically significant difference at (0.01) significance level, between the mean scores of female students in the experimental group in both the pre and the post tests, in favor of the post test, which indicates the effectiveness of using flipped classroom in improving the female students' acquirement of writing skill
