Abstract EN

This study aims to demonstrate the centrality of phonemic coherence and its effect on the semantic structure of the Al-A'asha Poem, so it monitors the manifestations of external phonemic coherence represented by rhyme and rhyme scheme, as well as the manifestations of internal consistency at the level of the letter, word and sentence, trying to discern its effect on the coherence of the poem.

The study concluded with effectiveness of phonemic coherence in formal level of the poem and that it was consistent in itself and in coherence with the overall connotation of the text.
