Date palm is considered as one main crops in Egypt whose painting matches the Egyptian environment, planting this crop has been known in Egypt for ages as mentioned, lots of interested in this crop regarding it as a food of great value or a fruit of high nutrition value, Egypt's production of dates in 2017 amounted to about 1.5 million tons, of which 61% were distributed for domestic consumption, 21% for waste, 15% for manufacturing, and 3% for export of the total production.
