Abstract EN

When the need for renewed ijtihad is urgent, in order to keep pace with the issues of the age and govern them with the law of God, which is valid for every time and place, new forms of interpretation/ hermeneutics have emerged, and which do not follow any of the conditions of ijtihad.

On the other hand, the square was furnished with traditional ijtihad that reveals the spirit of the age.

Following the aforementioned disparities, this research came to clarify the conditions of contemporary ijtihad, trying to move from the usual conditions of the mujtahid in the principles of jurisprudence, to conditions that take into account everything that is contemporary.

Hence, this is a comparative research that aims at revealing the development taking place over the conditions of the mujtahid, with many contemporary media viewpoints conveying these conditions and arriving at what they agreed upon.
