The topic of the research is Al-Walaa and Al-Baraa, in which the concept of loyalty and disavowal is presented in Islam in addition to their most prominent manifestations, and the consequent legal rulings and practical positions.

The research emphasized: - Loyalty and Al-Baraa is a fence of protection and immunity for the Islamic identity, and a strong bond for the relationship of faith that unites the believers, urging them to do righteous deeds, abandon evils, support religion, and join hands to support the faith, protect virtues, and communicate Sharia.

- Loyalty means that the Muslim loves the one who loves the religion and supports it, and is loyal to his fellow believers, defends them and loves them in God, and it will be a help to them and to everyone who is linked to him by the brotherhood of the religion and the creed of Islam.

-Al-Bara means that a Muslim hates infidelity and is absolved of his family and all those who plot against Muslims or offend their religion and belief.

Al-Walaa and Al-Baraa do not conflict with the existence of social relations and worldly interest-based dealings with the unbelievers that do not offend religion and belief and do not harm Islam or injustice and attack Muslims.
