Abstract EN

The study investigates the rulings on selling debts and the different forms of such sale in Islamic jurisprudence.

It is a type of sale that has spread at the present time among the individuals and companies.

Since earlier jurists differed in opinion about the forms and legal rulings on such sale, the present study is planned to address its different forms and respective rulings.

This is carried out in the different chapters of the study, with the first discussing the definition and legitimacy of selling debts, while the second illustrates the meaning of debt sale and its different forms.

The third chapter then introduces the rulings of selling debts, the fourth covers the respective Fatwa of the Islamic FiqhAcademy, and finally the fifth chapter investigates the grounds of the Academy's Fatwa regarding the sale of debts.

Then, the conclusion contains the key findings.
