Abstract EN

The study focuses on the legal rulings of Bay' Al-Wafa' (Loan Sale), which is a prevalent type of sale among the individuals and companies.

Earlier jurists differed in opinion regarding its classification and its legal rulings.

So, this study illustrates the different forms of this type of sale, highlighting in the first chapter its definition, and in the second its characteristics.

Then, the third chapter addresses the legal ruling of Bay' Al-Wafa', while the fourth chapter addresses the stance of the Islamic Fiqh Academy on it.

Finally, the fifth chapter investigates the grounds on which the Islamic FiqhAcademy's respective decision is based.

As for the conclusion, it introduces the key findings.
