com  :   This study deals with the issue of terminating the Waqf from the point of view of the jurisprudential view of it.

Then, the study discussed the adoption of the UAE law related to the Waqf, following the comparative inductive approach.

  The research is divided into two chapters, each chapter is divided into four sections, then the results and the conclusion.   At the end of the research, the study reached conclusions, the most prominent of which is the permissibility of terminating the Waqf by the end of its term, based on the permissibility of determining a time for the Waqf (Temporary WAqf), as it is the most appropriate for our current era, and the permissibility of cancelling the Family Waqf rather than the Charitable Waqf in order to prevent the excuse of the heirs contesting the Waqf.
