com     Minds do not differ about the importance of security, as it is one of the innate, mountainous matters that do not need consideration, but rather it is a necessity that does not need proof because it affects the lives and livelihoods of people.

Rather, man's struggle in his pension and all his return is due to security, so people seek him in this world and hope for him in the afterlife.

   The research came to clarify the concern of Islamic legislation with collective security, and the search for its meaning and content resulted in the search for its meaning and content, and the reason for choosing this name only, and the research set a way and a path to derive this purpose and defined its boundaries and presented different forms of collective security in separate chapters in Islamic legislation such as acts of worship, transactions, borders, felonies, and other chapters.

  to reach the results of the research, the researcher used the inductive approach and supplemented it with the descriptive method, to trace the texts of Sharia and their various events.
