English Abstract

The research aims to identify: "The effect of integrating leadership skills in biology on the achievement of fourth-grade students".

The researcher adopted the experimental approach of equal groups with a post-test for academic achievement.

The research community consisted of (80) students.

The research sample was rewarded with variables (time age, previous achievement in biology) and the research tool was prepared by the achievement test of biology for the fourth scientific grade consisting of (46) subject paragraphs, and after the completion of the experiment the results showed that there are statistical differences in the average test Achievement for the benefit of the experimental group
