English Abstract

The aesthetics of synthetic displacement in a poem (a message from exile) in Mahmoud Darwishs This study deals with the aspects of structural displacement in Mahmoud Darwishs poem (resalah min almanfa).

These aspects are: Deletion- attention- submission and delay- separation structural displacement is a form of displacement in modern stylistic and critical studies.

Although the concept of "displacement" is modern, but if has origins in Arab heritage, and it has been referred to by some linguists, grammar and rhetoric scholars with different names that expressed issues related to specific contexts in their works.

Displacement is inherent phenomena of poetic language, as the poet often exceeds the normal language and goes out on the normative controlling system intending to charge the discourse with creative aesthetic phrases that make a special impact in the receiver.

The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach based on monitoring the forms of structural displacement in the poem and analyzing it from the point of view of the poet's vision and poetic experience.

The aim of the study is to show the implications of structural displacement and its aesthetics in the text.
