English Abstract

The Arab East College for Graduate Studies in Riyadh is considered a model for world-class research colleges in light of the availability of the elements of the pioneering model (increasing student attraction within a clear admission policy - availability of faculty members with experience in their specializations - adequate financial funding - the application of good governance), and there is no doubt that the elements of these The system leads to the outputs of quality scientific research - graduates who keep pace with the labor market - the pioneering knowledge investment.

In light of the survey of the extent of the East College's implementation of good governance and the quality standards that achieve excellence, the indications and indicators point to sound trends, integrity of behavior, transparency, accountability and the participation of the concerned parties who are related to the college.
