Abstract EN

The research aims to clarify the importance of the Iraqi foreign policy role in enhancing diplomatic performance, especially after the post-9 April 2003 political change, and to formulate a new vision and perception of a diplomatic role that is distinct from previous diplomatic roles, by formulating starting points for an Iraqi foreign policy that deals seriously with international and regional trends, Any foreign policy that is based on activating cooperative and not conflictual foundations in the framework of international politics, which confirms in the final analysis the extent of the effectiveness and efficiency of the new diplomatic role after it, one of the basic outputs or tools of the new Iraqi foreign policy to deal with the internal and external environment data for the post- period 2003.

Hence, the hypothesis of the research started from the idea that: the foundations of the Iraqi foreign policy for the post-2003 period reflected positive trends that led to the formulation of a set of new strategic visions and perceptions that led to the adoption and employment of diplomatic means and channels as effective means and in an integrated and balanced way in order to enhance levels Actual performance and achievement of all future goals of Iraqi foreign policy in light of formulating an equation that means: strengthening and consolidating the performance of Iraqi foreign policy-making institutions through diplomatic channels, as well as their role in forming basic platforms for balanced and equal international and regional relations with other countries of the world in the future.

The research, through analyzing the previous vocabulary, reached a presentation and presentation of future perceptions of Iraqi foreign policy trends and their role in activating the mechanisms of diplomatic performance for the post-2003 period, by relying on the basic principles that will contribute to strengthening the foreign policy role in activating levels of Iraqi diplomatic performance for the coming stage.
