The research deals with national security and how to create, formulate and implement its policies, as well as approaches and examples from some of the country to measure the stability of national security and diagnose the reasons that lead to insecurity and instability, and the focus was on the human dimension of national security and its primary role in achieving security, and in the absence of this dimension Countries avoided finding effective ways to achieve security, and in the end a strategy was proposed that could be adopted in achieving national security.
