Offense to join the terrorist gang in Iraqi legislation and Egyptian legislation The act of joining a terrorist organization of criminal offenses established by legislations, Because join lead an increase in the ability of the group or organization in the words of another, Also, the large number of regulators and the multiplicity of nationalities is a good notification of the organization and helps the sympathy of public opinion with the organization , And criminalizes the act of accession, even if bound to any action on behalf of the group or terrorist organization has not because the organizer holds itself willing to do for the benefit of a criminal organization.

That joining terrorist gang means any act that makes a person a member of a terrorist group is not required to actually joining the ranks of the group or organization but doing enough to conduct needs to be done to be regarded as one of the members of the organization person ,in other words , the person agreed that the organization agreed to contribute and help to carry out acts of organization and achieve the objectives for which it was established the terrorist organization.

The Iraqi legislator did not criminalize the act of joining a terrorist organization in the fight against terrorism the Iraqi Code No .13 of 2005 , despite the gravity of the act and only the text contained in the penal Code Iraqi No.11 of 1969 in Alma 194 .

This research included a comparative study between the Iraqi legislatures and the Egyptian on the subject of crime to join a terrorist gang, as our department search for the three topics we dealt with in the first part of it the concept of joining a terrorist gang while we assigned second topic of the elements of the crime to join a terrorist gang and the third section of the message we have considered the sanctions the crime of joining a terrorist gang Find a conclusion.
