Abstract EN

This Research aims to identify Muslim Bin Khalid Al-Zingi, as well as the comments of invalidation and rectification Scholars on him and on his narrations in Saheeh Ibn Habban.

The Research contains an introduction, four sections and a conclusion.

The introduction handles the importance of the research, its goals, problem, previous studies and methodology.

The first section contains the biography of Muslim Bin Khalid Al-Zingi, the second contains the introduction of his scholars and students, the third handles the invalidation and rectification scholars' comments on him as well as its discussion, and the fourth chapter is about his narrations in Saheeh Ibn Habban and his judgment of it.

At the end, the researcher has found that Muslim Bin Khalid Al-Zingi is one of the jurists and mufti of Mecca, from whom Al-Shafie took the permission for making fatwas.

The Critics have differed in his Invalidation and Rectification.

Some of them Rectified him and some others invalidate him.

After discussing their comments, it became clear to the researcher that the ones who rectify him was for the sake of his religiosity asceticism and piety; and as for his narration to Hadith, it is referred to that he wasn't from those who masterly memorized.
