Abstract EN

This Research is concerned with the Hadith Industry of Imam Abu Zur’a Al-Iraqi through “The Book of Zakat” in the Book Tarh Al-Tathrib , by extrapolating it, extracting what is related to the hadith side of it, clarifying Imam Abu Zur’a’s approach in dealing with the hadith side in his Book, and presenting his words to the methods of the hadith of Imams indicating his approval or disapproval of them.

The Research included an introduction, a preface, and two sections.

The introduction touched on the importance of the topic.

The first section dealt with Abu Zur’a‘s approach to the narration of hadiths.

As for the second section, it touched upon Abu Zur’a‘s approach to judging hadiths as correct and weak.

The Research concluded that Imam Abu Zur’a is a great Scholar in hadith and its sciences.

He used modern terms in judging the hadith, and relied on the two Sahih s in the narration of the hadith.

In explaining the hadiths, he relied on the interpretation of the hadith by another hadith.

His interest in mentioning the words of the hadith appeared in his narration of the hadith and explanation of its vocabulary
