Abstract EN

This study aims to determine the impact of intellectual capital with its various dimensions (i.e., human - structural - relationships) in enhancing the performance of Yemen Mobile company with viewpoint of balanced scorecard (BSC).

The theoretical part of the study deals with organizational performance including the dimensions of BSC and intellectual capital.

Appropriate statistical methods are used to examine the hypothesis of the study.

The study community consists of 644 employees at tthe Yemen Mobile company.

A random sample of 358 was selected as the sample of the study, The analytical descriptive approach was used, and a questionnaire was developed as a data collection tool from the company's employees.

The study found that intellectual capital plays a vital role in enhancing the performance of Yemen Mobile company.

The relationships capital was found to ahve the greatest impact on raising the performance of the company, followed by human capital and structural capital.
