Abstract EN

The study aims to identify the quality of training and programs in the field of electronic management for employees of TIB, and the role of the senior leadership in motivating workers and providing financial allocations for training mechanisms and its impact on raising the bank's organizational efficiency.

The questionnaire was to collect data and distribute it to a regular random sample of (210) employees.

The questionnaire was analyzed and its outputs were processed by means of the SPSS statistical package.

Among the most important findings of the study: Supporting the senior leadership and the availability of plans and training programs for employees in the field of electronic management leads to raise their knowledge and skills capabilities, as it has been shown that there is a very strong relationship between training in the field of electronic management and activating the organizational efficiency of TIB
