English Abstract

The study "Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Syria, The Education Sector is a model", and has won the attention of researchers and humanitarian organizations with the aim of achieving excellence and gaining competitive advantages .

The research aims to demonstrate the meaning of innovation and leadership, to show the meaning and types of humanitarian work and to focus on Aleppo University in the liberated areas as a leading educational institution, and some pioneering cases in the scientific research and publishing sector, the descriptive analytical and original approach has been used in the study.

I did this study to get to the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship in humanitarian work, then clarify the meaning and concept of humanitarian work and mention the most important types, and focus on the education sector as an important humanitarian work in the north of Syria .

He then highlighted the most important pioneering cases in the education sector with ambition and will, planning and implementation, and worked tirelessly until the advancement, which is Aleppo University in the liberated areas as a model for innovation and entrepreneurship in Syria, as well as The Rihan Scientific Publishing magazine as a leading and innovative research institution .

Valuable research results serve humanitarian work, leadership in general, leadership and innovation in the education sector in particular.
