English Abstract
This study aimed to identify the concept of competitive anxiety and its relationship to the level of innovation in the Syrian civil society sectors, and the study provided a questionnaire containing a number of questions to find out the opinions of workers in these sectors on the subject of research, and the results reached a direct relationship between the level of innovation and the concept of competitive anxiety, Competitive anxiety has pushed the sectors to take new strategies at work and pay attention to the level of innovation in them in order to transform competitive anxiety into a force for the benefit of the organization.
