Abstract EN

Murder is considered one of the most heinous crimes committed against the human psyche and the dire consequences it leaves are not limited to the perpetrators only, but also to the victim and to the large community, due to the intertwined factors that, despite the different perpetrators, but they mostly share the same factors and reasons leading to Commit it.

Therefore, the aim of this study was to find out the extent to which social and economic factors contribute to the perpetration of the murder, by conducting an analytical study of some of the files related to the perpetrators of the intentional killing in the state of Annaba.
