The study aimed to identify the preferences of Syrian students for hotel services during the study trip in Turkey, and provided the study of hotels in Turkey the most favored scenario by Syrian students, which is a scenario that contains a hotel close to the university at a price not exceeding 400 TL, with traditional food or fast food and room equipped with internet and air conditioning, and the presence of gyms and swimming pool inside the hotel, they also prefer the presence of a pharmacist and an atm near the hotel, and recommended the study to conduct more studies related to Syrian students in Turkey as there is a large number of Syrian refugees in Turkey, where the number exceeded 4 million, calls for attention to this group.
