Abstract EN

This study aims to measure the attitudes of the Syrian community residing in Turkey towards the work of Syrian females in hotels.

This study found that the Syrian society does not object to the work of Syrian females in the hotel sector, if comfortable conditions are available for females in it, and financial gain was the main reason that made the concept of female work more acceptable after the outbreak of the Syrian war, and the study recommended the need to increase the awareness of the Syrian community through Media for hotel concept and work within its scope.
