Abstract EN

The present study of dealing of the faculty members in diversity management of student sector as well as identifying and choosing this role in the University of Mosul aims at showing the role of the Diplomacy, which was the community of the present study.

The study sample was randomly represented by ( ) of lecturers of the faculty members .The present study relied on a number of major variables represented by the Diplomacy of dealing as being an independent variable that explained the sub variables (Matching the attitudes ,ingenuity of representation, the ability to adapt to new development ,acting in a way that satisfy others ).As to the dependent variable which was identified by the management of diversity expressed by the following variables ( understanding the cultural variation ,the employment of various communication variables , absorbing misunderstandings, taking into consideration the individual differences ).The study has adopted the analytical descriptive method and employed a set of statistical tools such as (repetitions ,percentages ,arithmetic means ,normative deviations, variation analysis ).The present study has attained a number of conclusions the most important of which is ,statistical significant differences have been founded between choosing the role the Diplomacy of dealing of the management of diversity at the sample level of the study .

A number of recommendations have been resulted from such conclusions, the most important of which is the necessity of recalling Diplomacy when dealing with others.
