Abstract EN

The objective of this study is to identify the importance of E-Business administration in achieving administrative reforms.

the study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach through the views of a sample of the staff of the faculties of Kufa University.

The study was adopted within the conceptual framework of E-Business administration as an independent variable, and administrative reform as a dependent variable.

The analysis was using a set of statistical tools according to the study objective .

using statistical software (SPSS V.23) AND (LISREL v9 .30).

THE The study reached a set of conclusions the most important one is : the shift towards E-Business in administration will contribute effectively to reducing the effort, time and facilitate work , thus contributing to the achievement of administrative reforms.

the research presented a set of recommendations based on the findings.
