One of the important discussions in scientific circles is the historical discussion of prophetic hadiths.

The historical followers of the Prophetic Hadiths believe that the Prophetic Hadiths are considered historic and can in no way be extended to other times.

Explaining that the hadiths of the Prophet are a cultural product and specific to the historical era and cannot be a reference text in later times.

So that some of these hadiths have been mentioned in the words of Imam Ali (AS) and he has dealt with these works in his sermons.

But in addition to these orders of Imam Ali (as), various works of prophetic hadiths can be introduced, such as the works of hadiths related to the institution of the family.

The family is an institution that no institution can be found more esteemed before God, this institution needs special laws and regulations to be as strong and continuous as possible.

Marriage is the cornerstone of any society.

It means the survival of the human race during sacred relationships.

Marriage has a special importance and status in Islamic law, so much, so that God mentions this marriage as a thick covenant.

In this regard, the prophetic hadiths have introduced various works such as encouraging marriage, presenting the principles of child rearing, etc.

in relation to this institution.
