Abstract EN

This research seeks to explore the roots of Arabic terminology in the approach to rhetoric and its modern Arab and Western uses and a spectrum that modern Western critical discourse has been able to invest in comparing Arab heritage, especially in the monetary domain.

Due to the development that has been attained at the level of cognitive vision and procedural tools, then this research focuses on tracking the essential developments to read the root of the term in the approach to rhetoric and to explain its significance in the intentions of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) and a comparison with contemporary use.

The research method was conducted to display texts that contain the term In the words of the Imam and the indication of its significance, and then weighting the precedence in use and it was found that most of the terms are from the discovery of Imam Ali, but he who came after him took legalization of the term and made it his discovery, whether from the Arabs or the West.
