Abstract EN

The current study aimed to recognizing the attitudes of general education teachers and learning disabilities teachers towards co-teaching in Qassim region, and the differences in their union depending on the variables of years of experience in teaching, gender, educational qualification and educational stage.

the research followed the descriptive method and sample of the study consisted of 252 teachers (171 general education teachers and 81 teachers of learning disabilities) who were chosen randomly.

a questionnaire developed by the researcher was used for data collection.

although the attitudes about co-teaching was positive, the results showed statistically significant differences to t the educational qualification in master’s degree or higher.

this indicates the effect of professional growth on the development of the learning process.

based on the results, the researcher recommended the preparation of training courses to developing the teachers in service and planning a training courses to developing aspects of effective participation between general education teachers and learning disabilities teachers.
