Abstract EN

Summary: All Praise is due to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and the best prayer and the completion of the Peace to Muhammad al-Hadi al-Amin, and to his family and companions, and those who follow him to the Day of Judgment.

After that: There are several traditions (hadeeths) in the imamate almutaymim for one who perform ablution by water (mutawadi'), and they entered these hadiths within the circle of abrogation (transcription), and because of this the jurists differed in the ruling on the one who perform ablution by water (mutawadi') and he is following almutaymim in prayer.

In this study we verify the proof of all the hadiths in this regard, and then we explain whether these hadiths are included within the circle of contradiction or not.

If we say contradictory, is it correct to resort to abrogation or other methods? Then how is the jurisprudential opinion after this conflict is resolved.

This study consists of two sections, the first in the hadiths contained in the imamate almutaymim for mutawadi' abrogating and abrogated, and the second part of the statement of jurisprudential and fundamentalist opinion towards the ahaadeeth of the imamate almutaymim for mutawadi'.
