Abstract EN

The aim of this research was to refute the study titled: Hadith “If I were to order anyone to prostrate to anyone, then I would order the wife to prostrate to her husband”, a Hadith Study by (Dr.

Sultan Alsaif), by discussing the author's judgment on the chains of transmitters, narrators, and giving Abu Horiarh's narration full consideration.

Although the author had used this narration to give this Hadith Hasan Category, he had claimed that other narrations are Daif and unreliable.

The proof this author presented for the Hasn category is the narration of Mohammad bin Amro bin Alqamh.

However, it is disproved because of his proven mistake in the narration of Abu Salamh from Abu Huurairah and he continued with Munkar and Matruk.

Moreover, he hadn't stated evidences as the story sequence was different in each narration.

Besides, the narrated additions fall under the Daif category.

We also addressed the author's research results and showed that comparing spousal relationship to a ruler and servant or a master and slave entirely contradicts Sharia law and Prophet Mohammad's marital life.
