The validity of parliamentary elections is challenged by the proprietors of the character by preparing appeals from all the formal and substantive aspects legally established, and then filed within the time limits set by the Constitutional Council, to be investigated by the authorities and mechanisms granted to it, and then decided within the deadlines established by a final decision that is not subject to any recourse and binding method.

The decision of the Constitutional Council on parliamentary electoral appeals contains either the rejection of appeals either in form or in the matter, but if appeals are accepted, the decision includes either the cancellation of the contested election, the contested election, the amendment of the minutes of the results and the declaration of the legally elected candidate.
