It is because many of the meats in Islamic countries are brought from non-Islamic countries, and these countries depend on modern methods of slaughtering, such as electrocution and planning, and other methods, and these non-Muslim countries do not concern them with legal legitimacy, and you only concern them with the ease and speed of slaughtering to slaughter Large numbers at limited times.Some of these methods have moved to Islamic countries, so some have relied on them without looking at a solution or forbidden; however, the general Muslims are wary of these methods, because of the suspicions that took place around them in order to preserve their religion, and for fear of their health from diseases that may befall them as a result of eating the meat of the carcasses that Slaughtered in these ways.Add to this the occurrence of Muslims in non-Muslim countries, especially those surrounded by their religion in hesitation and confusion about the order of the carcasses that are slaughtered in these ways, the solution of which depends on the availability of the legitimate characteristic of their slaughtering; Legal Intelligence or not?That is why modern methods of slaughtering were among the new things that appeared in this era; especially as they began to appear and spread in Islamic countries, and this requires us to show these modern methods of slaughter, and clarify the position of Islamic jurisprudence from them.So this research was subject to modern methods of slaughter, and the position of Islamic jurisprudence thereof.
