Abstract EN

The executive and legislative institutions within the political system are linked with a range of cooperative and regulatory relations according to the principle of power's separation as a basic of the democratic system Egypt has witnessed the process of reformulating it's constitution since 2011 following the political changes due to the overthrow of it's political regime in the context of a popular revolution.

This paper attempts to identify the most important features of the Egyptian political system after the revolution according to it's new Constitutions, especially with regard to the relationship between the executive and legislative institutions.
