لطالـــما اعتبرت الهيـــــــمنـــــة أو الرغبــــة فيها من أكثر الأسبــــاب المفضية للصـــــــراعات و النزاعــــــات بشكل عام و الصـــــــراعات و النزاعــــــات الدولــــية بشكل خاص و الخليج العربـــــــــي - الفارســــــــي ـــــــــــــــ باعتباره إقليمـــــــا فرعــــيا ـــــــــــــــ لن يخرج عن هذه القاعدة فمنذ تبلور هذا النـــــــــظام الإقليمـــــــي بشكله المتعارف عليه حاليــا بعد الخروج البريطانــــي من الخليج و هو يتخبط في مشاكل و صـــراعات و حــــروب بين دوله لا سيما الكبرى منها (السعــــــــــودية إيـــــــــــــــــران و العــــراق).
و فـــي هـــذه الورقـــة نحـــاول بحث متغير الهيـــــــمنـــــة باعتباره متغيرا مستقلا في حالــــة الصـــــــراع القائمة بين كل المملكة العربية السعودية و الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية و هذا من خلال الإجابة تساؤل مفاده: كيف يفسر منظور الهيـــــــمنـــــة على النـــــــــظام الإقليمـــــــي الخليجـــي الصـــــــراع الإيرانـــــــــــي – السعــــــــــوديوقـــد انتهـــت الدراســـة إلى أن الهيـــــــمنـــــة بالمفهـــوم الواسع للكلمة تعد من الأسبـــاب الرئيســـية و أقدمهـــا في حالة التوتر المستديمة بين الرياض و طهران بل و أكثرها تأثيرا في الصـــــــراع دون أن ينفي هذا وجود عوامل أخرى بيد أنها تبقى دائمـــا مرتبطة في غـــايتها النهائية بالهيـــــــمنـــــة
Abstract EN
Hegemony or desire to dominate is one of the most common causes of conflict in general and international conflicts in particular; The Persian Gulf will not depart from this principle, where he since the emergence of this regional system after the British withdrawal from the Gulf in the early seventies, and the Persian Gulf suffers from the problems and conflicts and wars between its countries, especially the strongest (Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia).
In this paper, we try to examine hegemony as an independent variable in the conflict situation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Islamic Republic of Iran by answering the question: How does regional hegemony affect Iranian-Saudi relations? The study concluded that hegemony is one of the main reasons and the oldest in the case of constant tension between Riyadh and Tehran, and even the most influential in the conflict without denying that there are other factors, but it is always linked to hegemony
