Corruption is associated with ancient and modern human civilizations.

Corruption of all kinds is one of the most dangerous negative phenomena prevalent in countries, and the most deadly of which security and social peace because of its negative effects in all respects; there is no country of our time doesn't give some importance to corruption, in view of its gravity, its intensity and its spread in all areas of life.

It is difficult to control, because of its complexity and extension between countries and regions.

Corruption has become an intercontinental phenomenon, which poses a danger to the regimes and threatens their security and stability.

This paper is an attempt to monitor and evaluate the spread of corruption in Arab countries after the events of the popular movement, through the direct results of Transparency International's Corruption Perceptions Index in countries that have known waves of change.
