This research aimed to identify the reality of the practice of teamwork and counseling among teachers in programs of Attention Deficit and hyperactivity from the viewpoint of teachers, the reality of the practice of teamwork and counseling between teachers, management and parents in the programs of Attention Deficit and hyperactivity from the point of view of teachers and Significance of differences in assessing the reality of the practice of teamwork and counseling in programs of Attention Deficit and hyperactivity from the point of view of teachers according to years of experience, qualification.

The study population consisted of 21 teachers and the study sample consisted of the same study population.

This study followed the descriptive approach as one of the scientific methods for collecting information.

The study tool represented in a questionnaire.

The study revealed that the level of teamwork and counseling practice among teachers of each other ranged between low and medium and the general average reached (1.89), which indicates an average level of teamwork and counseling practice among teachers each other.

The level of practicing teamwork and counseling between teachers, administration and parents ranged between low and medium and the general average reached (1.75), which indicates an average level of teamwork and consulting practice between teachers, management and parents.

There were statistically significant differences in estimating the degree of teamwork and counseling practice among teachers each other and in the overall degree in favor of the most experienced.

While there are no statistically significant differences in estimating the degree of teamwork and counseling practice between teachers and between school administration and parents.

The value of the Man-Whitney test of differences between teachers in their assessment of the level of teamwork and counseling practice according to the qualification was not significant; This means that the qualification did not affect the assessment of the level of practice for teamwork and consulting.
