This study aims to identify the effectiveness of simple games in developing some social skills of the primary school deaf students integrated with their normal peers.

The study sample consists of 18 male students in the age range of (9-12), randomly divided into two groups: An experimental group that includes 10 students: 5 of whom are deaf students integrated during playing the games, the other 5 are normal students from AlZahra' primary school who cooperate the games with the deaf students; the second group is a control group which consists of 8 deaf students.

The level of the hearing loss is over 90 dbs.

The deaf students are enrolled in Al-Amal primary school for deaf students, refered from Mansoura city, Dakahlia.

The study instruments included the scale of the family's socio-economic level (Mahmoud Mandouh, 2003), an observation list to assess the social skills of deaf students (prepared by the researcher), the simple games program to develop the social skills for the study sample (prepared by the researcher).

The study results are: there're statistically significant differences at (0.01) between the mean ranks of the deaf students in experimental group and the control group in the social skills list in the post-test in favour of the deaf students in experimental group, there're statistically significant differences at (0.05) between the mean ranks of the pretest and post-test of the experimental group in the social skills list (dimensions) in favour of the post-test, finally there's no statistically significant differences between the mean ranks of the post-test and follow-up test of the experimental group in the social skills list.

This indicates the effectiveness of the designed program in developing the social skills of the primary school deaf students integrated with their normal peers.
